Mr. Manish Namdev Harchandani is a Founder of the Harchandani & Associates. By qualification, he is a Chartered Accountant & DIIT (ICAI) (Diploma in International Taxation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India). His core area of practice is Assessment & Litigation handling of the Direct Taxes including both domestic tax as well as international taxation.
He has the experience of –
- Representing the assessee during the assessment proceedings or any other proceedings of the Income Tax
- Representing the assessee before the appellant forums i.e. CIT(Appeals) and Tribunal (ITAT)
- Representing the assessee before the Income Tax Settlement Commission (ITSC)
- Handling the cases of Income Tax Search, Seizure and Survey
- Providing the advice related to Income tax, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing and FEMA related matters
- Assisting the advocates in drafting and handling the writ matters before the High Court which includes the matters related Income tax, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing
- Preparation of CMA Data and Project Report
He is also regularly writing the articles upon various topics of the Income tax, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing.
Besides the above, he has vast knowledge of technology and computer programs / tools viz Advance Excel Tools, Power Query, Business Intelligence (BI) Tools, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) etc. which are proven as very useful tools in data analysis and business process automation.
